Paillart
Established in Paillart since 1876, our factory is deeply rooted in the local industrial fabric. This historic site originally began with the production of shoe laces, before reinventing itself in 1920 by starting the manufacturing of electrical wires under the brand Câbles de Clichy.
The factory evolved alongside the industry: in 1962, it was equipped with its first insulation line, then joined the company Filotex in 1970. In 1997, Filotex was fully integrated into the Alcatel Cable group, which later became Nexans in 2000.
Today, the Paillart factory is an integral part of the Lynxeo group, where it plays a strategic role in the design and production of specialized cables for demanding sectors such as railway and rolling stock markets.

The production workshop is organized into three complementary divisions. The first, dedicated to insulation and packaging, ensures the initial protection of the conductors. The second, specialized in assembly, cabling, and braiding, enables the creation of cable structures tailored to various technical requirements. Finally, the third division, focused on sheathing, inspection, and packaging, guarantees the finishing, quality, and compliance of the products before delivery.
In addition to these activities, the plant's expertise covers a wide range of areas, including engineering, industrial methods, raw materials, technologies, and quality control, ensuring innovation, reliability, and excellence throughout the production process.
At the heart of our operations, an experienced engineering team designs custom solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients. With the support of internal design software and in-depth knowledge of electrical and dielectrical performance, we develop cables that are both reliable and innovative.
Our expertise also includes electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), a key factor in highly technical environments. This comprehensive know-how makes our site a recognized player in the design of specialized cables.
