The Lynxeo Code of Ethics and Business Conduct defines the core principles, guiding all employees worldwide and how we interact with our various stakeholders: safety, integrity, fair competition, compliance with laws, respect of the environment, employee rights and human rights more generally, and the protection of assets, data and information. It serves as a daily reference for responsible and ethical decision‑making across the Group.

Integrity and business conduct: The Code of Ethics and Compliance formalizes the expected standards of conduct to foster a responsible relationship based on honesty and respect.
Compliance and respect for laws: We expect our stakeholders to comply with all applicable regulations and to implement the necessary controls to prevent violations.
Anti-corruption and conflict of interest: The document outlines requirements regarding transparency and the prevention of illegal practices, as well as the management of conflicts of interest.
Responsible conduct and respect for stakeholders: The Code also covers principles related to the fair treatment of individuals, respect for fundamental rights, and accountability in the conduct of business activities.

These rules cover, among other things, compliance with competition law, prevention of fraud, corruption, and conflicts of interest, as well as adherence to applicable regulations regarding embargoes, anti-money laundering, and personal data protection, ensuring responsible conduct across our operations worldwide
